These should be vibrated focusing the vibration into the corresponding
Chakra multiple times in a row during the hours of that certain Chakra
corresponding to that day.

Sunday- Solar Plexus Chakra (3rd)
dam, dham, nam, tam, tham, dam, dham, nam, pam, pham

Monday- Third Eye Chakra (6th)
Ham, Ksham

Tuesday- Sacral Chakra (2nd)
bam, bham, mam, yam, ram, lam

Wednesday- Throat Chakra (5th)
am, aam, im, iim, um, uum, rim, reem, lri, lreem, em, aim, om, aum,
am, aham

Thursday- Crown Chakra (7th)
This is the 1,000 petal chakra, and I couldn't find any of these
vibrations for this one, sorry brothers and sisters.

Friday- Heart Chakra (4th)
kam, kham, gam, gham, nam, cam, cham, jam, jham, nyam, tam, tham
(I believe that "Cham" is pronounced the same way as "Kham", NOT like
how you would pronounce "Chapter")

Saturday- Base Chakra (1st)
vam, sham, sham, sam

If anyone finds any mistakes or anything of that sort, please let me know.

If you don't know any other vibrations for this chakra, try this one:

vibrate it at a tone of E natural. I came up with it last year when
investigating the middle pillar. it vibrates a chakra pretty hard even
the first time you do it if you do it properly, you'll feel it right on
the crown of your head. i've not tried it with chakra meditations yet
but if you're into experimenting, see if it works for you.
