This is interesting, I always felt that the foods you ate had a huge connection with the types of energies the various chakras deal with since the chakras are connected with your organs. This could be of huge help in people's spiritual development, but I also feel the colors of the fruits/veggies themselves can also play a role (as the last/third chart on this post will show which is fixated on plant-based foods) instead of just clumping them all under one "veggies" section as the first graphic shows.
Oranges for example are an immune system food, not just a thyroid. Its color (orange) in my experience can also be for the solar plexus, not just the sacral, though I prefer mangos - the "Honey Manila" or "ataulfo" breed to be specific, sweet and succulent not sour and disgusting like the purple/red skin ones. Both oranges and Honey Manila mangoes tend to give me an extra energy boost and an over feeling of "masculinity/warrior" and etc.
Given to the differentiating info on some of these charts, it's up to the individual to see and test via trial and error which of these charts are the most accurate for their spiritual health or a mix of any.
Though they all seem to agree on the importance of getting fresh air for Crown Chakra work.

This is why, I now understand why every spiritually-disciplined person emphasizes eating well, and having a balanced diet! I know HP Cobra posted about the issue with obesity in America.
Here's the thing, with people getting sicknesses here and there, I get really concerned with the entire mentality of "gonna shove pills down muh mouth" or insert whatever garbage vaccine in their bodies whenever someone feels sick. Yes I know, for extremely complicated diseases will need pills, but so many of the health struggles people commonly go through can be either eliminated or offset to an extent via EATING RIGHT.
Here's a fun little story, I've been around people with cold, "COVID" you name it, even at close distance. Always tested negative, even in my bad days when I get sniffles. This is due to the simple fact that I consume Vitamin Cs everyday. Couple that in with Honey Manila mangoes and pineapples, damn you got yourself a nice Solar Plexus shake from my experience! I also survived being a diabetic not by shoving pills down my throat, but by eating foods aimed for kidney health or other issues with diabetes. Now, I'm not saying go cancel all your prescriptions or regiments (as I am not offering any medical advice of any sort), what I'm saying is don't abuse pills and see them as some "replacement" for healthy eating!
You know what they say....the Ancients (or at least the spiritually-disciplined classes) didn't just gobble whatever, or whenever, certainly not sitting on your couch eating garbage fast food all day. Food had every part to play in spirituality, which on a much more negative note - is why enemy programs like Christianity and New Age religions promote excessive fasting or the radical opposite, sit on your choices and eat mountainloads of Big Macs or yuck whatever.
