Can non-whites (specifically Koreans) be Satanists?

I am a Korean in the diaspora who despises the Abrahamic religions and especially the Jews and their control of large sections of the world. I was told by a person who followed JoS somewhat (they hold Satanic beliefs from other sects) online that only white people could be Satanists a few weeks ago and today I remembered that conversation and decided to visit this forum and was surprised to see entire sections seemingly dedicated to non-white Satanists. That being said my question is can non-whites be Satanists?
