Can chakra's explode?

I sometime's do chakra spinning right before bed as I'm sleeping. 2 day's in a row, it got to a point where I was spinning them in a trance state and it felt like my body was going to explode because of how fast/powerful it was... maybe around 10x more speed/weight than usual, and I had better "access" to the chakra.

I stop before it get's too much, but is that something that can actually happen if I let it continue? Can a chakra explode? Or destroy your body?

One weird thing is I heard screaming coming from the chakra the first time.

But otherwise, feel's like a way to really fast track chakra empowerment if danger can be avoided.

No but don't push it too much. When you feel like this just don't speed it up further, but you can keep meditating on the chakra.

Not premature kundalini awakening and that’s total fear mongering bullshit, unbelievable. Awakening is very tame, and most of us have their “kundalini awakened”.

I also remember who mentioned this, it was Magestein, (if memory serves) go figure he never had any kundalini progress.

Only case this can “theoretically” potentially ever happen is with advanced stages of kundalini work where intense heat, (the one that might cause burns physically) reacts with flammable material (alcohol addicts with alcohol levels in their system way above normal for example).

That's when your central nervous system overcharges and it 'fries'. It's not a literal fire, lol.
