Can a Soul reincarnate in another nationality?

Some people, who experience head trauma, can somehow speak a different language without having learnt it in their life. This indicates that they were alive in a previous life in a different country, and the memories of that language from that other country are still in their Soul. That makes me believe you can reincarnate into a different nationality; you just cannot reincarnate into a different Race, Species, nor Sex.
Some people in their lives seem to have more an affinity for certain countries; more likely than not, they used to live in those countries in previous lives. Furthermore, Lord Führer Hitler was Pharaoh Ramesses II AKA Ramses the Great in Ancient Egypt; He reincarnated as Hitler in Austria in the late 1880s.

Yes the only thing that stays the same always is the main race and gender and whatever else is written on the template of the soul (possibly some of this can be altered through meditation I don’t know)
Some of us live in named countries (Example USA) that didn’t even exist when our soul was created as an example as some of us probably were around in the ancient times. I think after a point of advancement Nationalism isn’t as much of a thing for this reason.

A soul is reincarnated in the most compatible body available at the time. The only thing that are kept constant are race, sex and sexual orientation. Subrace can be subject to change according to compatibility, but your soul will always try to get from the genepool the traits that are most compatible to your birth chart. Nationality nowadays has little to do with subrace. For example, in Italy you have many different subraces nowadays. Not really any "Italian" type. Most, of course, are Southern European subraces but there are of course exceptions.

Every Man has the ability and potential to be King; every Woman has the ability and potential to be Queen. It all depends on how much they work towards it, if they decide that they want to be monarch as opposed to a healer or a school teacher, for example. I can only assume that Hitler knew that He would be needed in the 1900s+, or that He was the only one compatible at that correct time. Being Pharaoh would mean being very busy with governance and many other things, I would imagine, so He would have had some time to meditate while doing other things, as well - maybe He reincarnated more than once between Egypt and Austria - but then, finally, He achieved the Magnum Opus in 1900-and-odd. He was 50 by the time WW2 happened, so He had 5 decades of Spiritual practice behind Him, plus from previous lives, before becoming a God. I don't know, but I wouldn't think every single Pharaoh would be advanced enough to complete the Magnum Opus, unless it was a prerequisite or that they were advanced enough to be well on their way to doing so.Elias Sebastian said:

So you'll most likely be in the same nation unless your family tree which is enormous, has connections in other nations. Reincarnating in different nations is more likely now in that people migrate easily and live in other nations but if you are white, less likely in that whites don't seem to be breeding big families anymore(as big families will tend to spread out and travel).

I personally have lived lives in Europe and Egypt in the past. I live in the US now.
As long as there are people of the Race that you are living in the area (for example some whites in Africa) a person can incarnate anywhere on earth.

Unpopular opinion time:
I have had past life on this Earth and in other worlds before I came to Earth, and I was not always Chinese or female.
I have confirmed it with my Guardians that these are actual past lives, and not my imagination or fantasies. Satan also confirmed them for me.
Which would explain why I have such interests and fascination with different time periods in different parts of the world, in different centuries.
