All you have to do is study the JOS astrology section under the page "degrees and fixed stars". Compare your chart to this and the other parts of the astrology section and it will help you read your chart very well. If the planet is not exactly on a degree it does not count unless its one degree and 55 or so behind the significant degree or on the one right on point right after. Indeed, 17 degrees of gemini is a degree of homicide. We don't have his birthtime but i wouldn't be surprised if one or more of those planets in gemini were conjunct that degree and were prominent also.

I studies elliot rodgers natal chart. It was truely one of a psycho path. If i recall correctly he had either his ascendant or another planet on a violent degree of leo.

All you have to do is study the JOS astrology section under the page "degrees and fixed stars". Compare your chart to this and the other parts of the astrology section and it will help you read your chart very well. If the planet is not exactly on a degree it does not count unless its one degree and 55 or so behind the significant degree or on the one right on point right after. The orb is very tight even compared to fixed stars that have an orb allowance of 1-2degrees.
