break from opening 3rd eye?

In few days im going to vacations with my family for few days, and right now im opening my 3rd eye. We will be together and there will be hard to vibrating "THAUM" cause they can hear me. I will try open it, but is something wrong if i stop opening my 3rd eye for few days?
