Hey guys I was hearing about America's about to be a police state or whatever from some Australians when I was playing an online game earlier, it was in their newspaper or something apparently. Then I was looking on some messaging boards(4chan, im immature), and came across it and read the article. Apparently the US Senate has made the Constitution obsolete with the jewsih USA PATRIOT Act under the guise of protecting Americans.

Is this real? It makes sense to me, the jews know their times almost up and they're trying to speed up their plans, that's how I see it.

From what I can gather, the person in danger of being detained must match certain requirements, but those requirement can be Waived if the Secretary of Defense addresses Congress in writing that such an act would be in the best interests of National Security. I'm sure there's a trained lawyer among us who can decipher this. Fracking gobbledegook.

I was look at it more and people were saying it's worded to make it seem like US citizens aren't included in the grant to military detention but really are.

Isn't in funny how all of these laws that are supposed to be about protecting the people are actually about protecting the jew run government from the people?

Maybe I am just an optimist, but in the long run, I think we will prevail. However, in the short run, I also think things have to get worse before they can get better.

What happened in Germany is probably a good example. Even prior to Hitler's birth, there were people who warned of the destructive influence of the Jews. Most people, because things were going good for them, did not listen. It took a defeat in the first world war and starvation under the Weimar republic to get people to listen.

A friend of mine who is a staunch libertarian says this legislation basically lays the groundwork for something similar to what Chavez did in Venezuela where he could selectively make people who disagreed with him "disappear" for as long as he wanted.

I think such an act would result in court action (as it's a direct violation of the citizen's 4th amendment rights under the constitution) my friend argues that if you coordinate it with having the right judges in the right places you could effectively block the ability of someone to gain self defense and/or personal freedom, even if they were never actually accused of a crime (i.e. just if they held what was considered a dangerous point of view.)

That still sounds way out there to me, so I'm throwing both sides of the argument out there for discussion.
