My mother has a not so big gallstone. She feels pain around once a year or in 2 years. She felt pain yesterday.
She said they want to operate out her whole bile, so than the liver would take the tasks of the bile, which is not so good, but I don't know anything about this so I wanna ask you guys, what would be the best option.

If it does not get operated it would be too risky that it blocks the bile?
It would be possible that they operate her without taking out the whole bile, but they don't want to do that and they never do this, should she ask them to do so anyways? I don't think they would accept it.
Is there any natural solution, like acupoints, herbs, yoga, ect?

By "bile" I mean gall, I don't know which is the most used name for it.

Hey brother, i have had problems with gallstones myself so i understand why your mother would want to have the gall blather removed. Lucky for you i know of a way that will remove gallstones, as long as there isn't any acute action needed she should be able to get rid of those stones.

Apple cider vinegar is the thing that will aid in getting rid of gallstones, apple cider vinegar does have to be deluded with water though! I would say that 1 part vinegar and 20 parts of warm water should be fine, this should be taken once. Be careful though apple cider vinegar is very acidic, so make sure its deluded with enough water, if not this can cause problems. Also i would recommend drinking it with a straw since it can corrode your teeth.

It might sound like it's dangerous but do not worry it is very healthy for the body, I wish your mother fats recuperation.

I am studying natural medicine, and in one unit of my course, it was stated that gallstones pose serious risks, blocking the bile duct, and need to be removed by surgery. Dissolving stones naturally is considered impossible, and too risky.

I am just a beginner and learning, so I don't know a lot. I don't want to contradict what the other replyer said, if it is more helpful.

Yeah, but they cant remove just the stones, they took out the whole gallbladder. And Im really not a fan of getting my organs removed, specially if they cause no pain.
Like, just a half working pancreas was enough to send me into near suicidal depression, I really dont want to find out what a completly removed organ would do to my mental health

That's understandable. I googled "can they remove gallstones without removing the gallbladder?". It seems, according to AI overview, that they can and do in some circumstances:
"Yes, gallstones can be removed without removing the gallbladder, through procedures like ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography) or percutaneous cholangioscopy, or by dissolving them with medication, but gallbladder removal (cholecystectomy) remains the most reliable long-term solution. " also: "In some cases, people who need treatment for gallstones may not be in a safe condition to have gallbladder removal surgery .
In these cases, cholecystostomy (a minor procedure that places a catheter in your gallbladder to drain it) can be an alternative ."
You might want to look into these if you haven't already and discuss it with your doctor, and go to a different one if they refuse to consider alternatives.

I was reading some guy mocking a vegan lifestyle like a while back and I myself wasn’t a vegan at the time. It was sort of funny there was some funny debate about eating beef and mocking people who didn’t eat meat.
WELL guess what I had a health shock (which was just a minor issue that caused me to over panic) but in my research I found that the human body isn’t designed to eat meat.

The intestine of humans is actually different. Animals have shorter intestines and acidic saliva while humans have more alkalik saliva and longer intestines

A diet of pastries meat sugars cause cholesterol that creates plaque build up in the blood overtime that contributes to blood clots in turn causing heart attacks and strokes. And in the case of gallstones or cholesterol stones the saturated fats, refined carbs and processed foods cause sluggish digestion which leads to bile congestion, forming stones.

Here’s a treatment by chat gpt, on aruveda lifestyle (vegan lifestyle people here laughed at a while back) a complete lifestyle change is needed because western diet is designed in some type of way.

If you're looking for an **emergency, non-surgical way to relieve gallstone pain or potentially pass small stones**,
here’s a **natural protocol** based on Ayurveda, herbal medicine, and clinical observations. However, **this is not a guaranteed cure**—if symptoms worsen (fever, severe pain, vomiting, jaundice), seek medical help immediately.

---

**Emergency Non-Surgical Gallstone Relief Protocol**
*(For small stones or biliary colic—sharp gallbladder pain)*

**1. Instant Pain Relief & Spasm Reduction**
- **Hot Water Bottle** – Apply to the upper right abdomen (relaxes ducts, eases pain).
- **Peppermint Tea** – Sip warm (relieves spasms in bile ducts).
- **Castor Oil Pack** – Soak a cloth in warm castor oil, place over liver/gallbladder, cover with plastic & heat pad for 30 mins (reduces inflammation).

**2. Gallbladder Flush (Modified Ayurvedic Approach)**
**⚠️ Only attempt if pain is mild and no fever/vomiting exists.**
**Day 1-2 (Prep):**
- Drink **1 liter of fresh apple juice daily** (malic acid softens stones).
- Eat **light, fat-free meals** (khichdi, steamed veggies).

**Day 3 (Flush Evening):**
- **6 PM**: Light meal (e.g., oatmeal).
- **9 PM**: Mix **2 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil + 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice**. Drink every 15 mins for 4 doses.
- **Lie on right side** with knees to chest for 30 mins (helps ducts open).
- **Next morning**: Expect diarrhea (may pass small stones).

**3. Herbal Emergency Support**
- **Chanca Piedra ("Stone Breaker") Tea** – 3 cups/day (may help break small stones).
- **Dandelion Root Tea** – Stimulates bile flow (drink 2x daily).
- **Turmeric + Black Pepper** – ½ tsp in warm water (reduces inflammation).

**4. Acupressure for Immediate Relief**
- Press **Liver 3 (LV3)** – Between big toe and second toe (stimulates bile flow).
- Press **Gallbladder 34 (GB34)** – Below knee, outer leg (relieves gallbladder pain).

---

When to Go to the Hospital;
Seek **emergency care** if you have:
- **Severe, unrelenting pain** (lasting >5 hours)
- **Fever/chills** (sign of infection)
- **Yellow skin/eyes (jaundice)**
- **Vomiting or dark urine**

---

**🌿 Long-Term Prevention After Relief**
To avoid recurrence:
- Daily: 1 tsp **triphala** in warm water (detoxifies liver).
- Diet: Avoid fried foods, dairy, and refined sugar.
- Exercise: Yoga twists (like **Ardha Matsyendrasana**) 3x/week.

---

Final Note
This protocol *may help pass tiny stones* but won’t dissolve large ones. If attacks recur, consult an **integrative doctor** (Ayurvedic + modern diagnostics).

Best if you get it treated ASAP! My mother's was so inflamed that she nearly died https://ancient-forums.com/threads/thank-you-valefor.92058/
She experienced pain few times, like once in 2-4 years , than at the end she experienced pain 2 times in few months.
Grok.com could likely help, maybe even with finding a doctor in Hungary, maybe with deep search..
Or book an appointment to @Centralforce666 if he's still available.

Yes, I read it, but mine does not cause any pain, or feeling, nothing. I wasnt even there to find them, just to find out why I lose weight. They likely there since I got dibetes. They just said I should speak with the surgery if I want them to remove, which is a pretty hopeless situation I guess. And the idea of getting something operated out of me, which mess up my digestion system even more... no. And to be honest, life is pretty miserable with diabetes already, having another similar illness just not put much will to live to me.
My point is, having any body modification, or even a tattoo is spiritually bad, even just a little. You mke modifications on your body, and it changes according to it, getting a bit weaker. Maybe I get it removed if Im near death

I know, I already got everything and trying them out. Bad thing is, these are mostly to prevent stones, not to dissolve them. And these are not so tiny stones, tiny stones are between 2-5 mm, mines are 1 cm, so... fuck me I guess

Diabetes already tie me to a very strickt and not much enjoyable diet. Meat is the last few food I enjoy

How long until it worked? Turned out I have some 1 cm big, but wont cause pain

When I started there was an noticeable drop in pain & frequency of pain attacks right away. I do not know how long it will take to get rid of these stones, but I am pretty certain you can get rid of them! It could take years for this to happen so I can't guaranty anything.
(I took action way to late because doctors around my area were to incompetent to even do a basic check on me so I didn't know I had gallstones until it was way to late, so I let them remove mine since I was in pain for half a year or so with pain attacks multiple times a week)

There is a lot more to keep in mind as well, why did the stones form in the first place? Is there something wrong with the diet? does your body get enough rest in between meals to heal itself (intermittent fasting)?

If you feel like its to late for you, you can remove your gallbladder as you can live without it. I don't recommend removing it though since it is quite a big part of your digestive system.

--------

I highly recommend you to check out doctor Eric Berg on youtube, he has a lot of great information, hes always willing to learn to improve his information. In my opinion he's one of the best ones out there, that said there is some controversy around him. His information is solid though, you could always cross reference his information to other sources if you are uncertain.

He has good information on nutrition, preventing & reversing gallstones, type 1 & 2 diabetes (Believe it or not), hair loss etc. etc.

Most likely diabetes caused it. When I got diagnosed I lost 10 kg(because I couldnt for a week). If theres any reason for it that could have, which means I have them for two years, but they dont cause pain, thats why it bothers me. I went to stomach ultrasound to find out why I cant gain back than 10 kg since that, instead of they found fucking stones. And diabetes already made bad changes to my digestive system, dont want to mess it even more. Bad thing is, all doctors just give the default 'have stones -> remove gallbladder' answer, and no alternatives. Sadly all the other methods I found were really sceptical, or just to prevent forming them, but Ill try, and only consider removing it if it start aching. Sadly, it really breaks done my plans for prolonged fasting, I wanted to try it out for diabetes

But apple cinder vinegar can theoritically lower blood sugar, so its a win-win situation for me. Doesnt taste as bad as I expected, just a sour apple juice

Don't drink it like apple juice though, the acidity is to much for the stomach to handle! Always dilute the apple cider with water. You only need a small swig of apple cider in a glass, fill the rest up with water this is potent enough, does not cause harm & is very healthy.

--------

If you feel like fasting is gonna do you good, go for it. You could instead also try to limit the time window in which you eat, some have tried to eat only one meal a day with great success. Don't be discouraged by whats going on this will only worsen the effects on your body, you can get over this I am sure of it. :)

Dont worry, I already do. One teaspoon for a big cup of water, so far only twice a weak and also plan to find a doctor to speak with two possible medicine that could possible dissolve the stones... and so on. Next spring I get back to stomach ultrasound to check it.

Well, this is nowhere near my biggest problem. So far these stones are barely feelable, I really dont want to risk worsening it. My times are already limited, lol, diabetes left little window. 9.00-10.00, 12.00-13.00 and 17.00-18.00. Last time I skipped a meal my blodsugar dropped horribly, so... guess none of it as simple for me. Eince all four dose of insulin is carefully calibrated to the amount of food I eat a day, any change yould only happen in small steps over a time. Sure, one day Ill try fasting, but not yet.

And guess whos Saturn cause a lot of health problem on birth chart? Well, Im greatful TG Blitzkreig mentioned it, but it means it will take me a lot more time to get rid all of my health problem, not just these stones

but it means it will take me a lot more time to get rid all of my health problem
How long it takes matters little in comparison to what you become when you overcome these challenges. True superhuman status is awaiting.
