Before meditating, I was hating my emotional nature. Then I did some workings and now I don't hate myself or my emotional nature. But due to some astrological aspects and placements during my born, I'm very emotional on my thoughts, ideology and so on. When I read a news about refugees or goys and Jews, I'm filling with anger. That anger just harms me and makes my mind busy with that news. Even when reading forums, when I saw some comments against my thoughts, I end up with hating that member. I hate that member for hours and just cursing him/her. Of course when my hate ends I think more rational and comprehend there is no reason to hate him/her.
Actually I don't have a problem with hating people for a few hours but as I said, that also makes my mind busy with only anger and I can not focus on things I must to do. Should I embrace it as a part of my nature or should I start a working to get it more sublime?
