After about 2 months of getting on a meditation program and following it, I was seeing a lot of improvements, and for this particular story, a big improvement was motivation to get physically healthier.
I am making good strides in improving two health issues I have.
After a while, and after I was more experienced with God Rituals and feeling energies, I was inspired to do Lord Valefor's God Ritual, and went all out, as I was doing it with a clear purpose.
I used many candles, incense, my best practices for raising energy. This isn't at all necessary, but I was able to and felt like doing it.
After the Ritual, and meditation, I burnt a piece of paper with a prayer for Lord Valefor.
"Lord Valefor, [detailed description of my outlook on my health, my current health issue and the steps I am taking to improve]. I have been studying your greatness, and honor and acknowledge your greatness among beings and your ability with healing. I wish for you to help me, in any way you deem appropriate, to improve these, to allow me to continue my path as a student of Satan forevermore."
Burnt it and meditated, focusing on my Clair points to potentially feel messages.
The thing that motivated me to post here, however, happened about 3-4 days later, after more meditation on my health.
Yesterday, in the evening, I looked at and took notes of Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga, and built a routine, thinking I'll get on it sometime soon.
This morning, I got up, did my morning meditation, and just went straight into Yoga. Almost without even thinking, just a "you know, that would be nice" way.
I did surprisingly well (was always flexible as a child) and really enjoyed the buzz I got at the end.
Now, hours later, I realize I am usually a snail in the morning. It's only after staring at nothing for 20 minutes that I'm a functional human. That's embarrassing to say, but that's a good 60% of my mornings.
But today, I just kind of did it.
I'm a very studious person, but when it comes to habits, I am not a very resilient person. I am trying to improve this, and JoS has taught me much about comittment so far.
But I can't help but think Lord Valefor may have looked at me, a guy trying his very best, and gave me the little jolt I needed to get me going.
And to those that don't practice Yoga: after my first session of Hatha, I am 100% certain I won't miss a session. It feels that good.
Off to do my Kundalini session. I am very thankful.
Hail Lord Valefor, Valerefontis!
SATANAS AENAOS!
