Balancing nadis

I realized I’ve probably needed to work on my nadis through signs of the Gods. For a while now both sides of the nostrils have generally been wide open but I’ve felt a little too psychic. For a split second I just visualized the unity of the nadis to get an idea of it, and my right one closed up and the left opened. Just before this I felt intense bliss. I did the alternate nostril breathing between and it helped, and now they’re kind of alternating. This was unintentional because I was just practicing visualization but this seems to happen often whenever I visualize. It seems like changes to my soul are made too easily and accidentally often, I’m a strongly visual thinker. In a way this kind of felt right, my left side is more active now and I feel more logical. Also having strong energy bursts. Is it normal to just visualize something for a moment and have it happen? I’ve also been beating around the bush with going forward too fast because of how powerful things can be. Also not really sure why they would suddenly shut. I did kind of resist the blissful feeling because when that happens energy increases are intense and I’d be going through that all over again. It does bring about a lot of astral clarity and make me really feel like a new person afterward, but last time that happened my crown sort of closed up and the energy was extreme and got trapped causing intense abdominal burning and sleeplessness. It’s kind of a process and I’m not sure that I’m ready to have them fully United again. Maybe I’m just beating around the bush.

I'm no expert on being psychic yet, but reading this part brought to mind how something I noticed while working (a lot) with the Elements.

What I felt from your "going forward too fast because of how powerful things can be" and "not sure why they would suddenly shut" is that this opening fast and closing without warning and unexpected MAY be due to Elemental imbalance.

Won't ask you about your natal chart and dominant Element, I assume you know these info by yourself, but try to check once again if the imbalance is too apparent in some Elements. In my case, the dominant Element is the opposite of the one that looks completely missing, so I know I have to work on that and absorb and retain both in order to understand their features and what issues they may cause.

Even though I have been doing this for many years, only lately I have truly realized the Elements have more features than it initially looks like. For instance, Earth closes and slows down, while Air opens and makes more active. This doesn't only concern our thoughts and ability to concentrate, but can also be used to balance each chakra (invoking one Element in one particular chakra, that is).
I found out when I breathed Air Element through my third eye that it made it so active it physically seemed to 'throb' or vibrate. This is something I find works for me in order to understand openness.

However, when I focused for a couple of days on Earth and only Earth, I would notice my energy getting blocky, stuck, making me dizzy and uneasy as it didn't flow but felt still too unbearable compared to my usual self. I initially blamed the Earth energy itself, but I later realized that this was due to Earth energy's ACTION on my own energies, stopping them and crystallizing them in different areas of the Soul.

What I suggest you try is invoking every Element daily in all your chakras. You can do this with each chakra if you feel that all together wouldn't allow you to understand what's happening with each and this would probably be best to isolate chakras that may be stuck or need more work.
Obviously, you should only do as much as you feel capable of, as the Elements are very raw energies that will feel too much for some people (do as little as one breath ONLY if you're unsure about it, Elements can be pretty intense).
After you're done with each chakra and all 4 Elements, do balance them all (or each, one at a time) with the Quintessence, roughing out the Elemental imbalance and feeding the parts of your Soul that need more energy to function more powerfully.

After all this, I do suggest you take some time to meditate on how it all feels, if your Soul feels different, more fed, healthier, fuller, more vibrant, and if there is any part that doesn't feel strong enough yet, it should be more obvious to you and won't be hard to understand and work on it further.

Once this stronger energy is flowing in equal way in your Soul, it should be less likely that part of it will suddenly shut down abilities/openness.
