Aura cleaning

I'm having a bit of a difficulty with aura cleaning how to best do the part of visualizing the light going through my chakras, any advice? Thank you friends

Greetings, Sorry to be posting a reply on my own post it's jut for someone to notice it, I think it went unnoticed due to the high volume of more relevant articles, thanks again friends.

I'm having a bit of a difficulty with aura cleaning how to best do the part of visualizing the light going through my chakras, any advice? Thank you friends

In what way are having difficulty? Are you struggling to visualize the light, or are you struggling with visualizing the process due to being uncertain about it?

Or is it something else?


For me, the best way to visualize light cleaning the chakra's, is to have the light "scan" the chakra, from the wide side to the tapered tip.

As the light scans downwards, I visualize the light pushing down any dirt or negative energy. Where the light passes the chakra shines bright vibrant white gold.

The dirt is then removed from the chakra by pushing it out of the chakra, like liquid dripping or streaming from a stalactite, or if it takes on a different appearance (like chains or nails or other weight things), I visualize these being pushed out of the tip of the chakra as well by the light.

After it is all pushed out, I visualize the chakra shining bright white gold like the sun and I spin it like a vortex (imagine either a pyramid shaped pylon spinning, or a vortex such as when you stir a cup of tea very quickly).

To remove the dirt and other crap pushed out, send it out of your body and soul, pile it up somewhere away from you in a ball, and shoot that ball of somewhere into the abyss of space till it is completely gone.

I then affirm as I send the crap away, "All the packed dirt, spiritual dross, curses and other filth cleaned from my chakra is send away, reduced to nothingness and returned to the senders".

Then I visualize it disappearing into the void of space, or breaking up in multiple pieces and flying away to be returned to the jews (can do both).



For chakra's like the Root and Sacral, you can flip them pointing down while you clean them as I find it easier to push the dirt down than to push it out the top.

After scanning with the light, flip them back into the proper alignment and spin them like upside down vortices or pyramids what ever feels best to you.

Mostly I struggle to (visualizing the process due to being uncertain about it?) chakras are almost like alien concept to me, what do they look like how am I supposed to clean them, my mind is running all the time a million thoughts rushing every way

The chakra's are shaped like pyramids. Literally, a smooth 4 cornered 3D triangle is fine for visualizing their shape.

They have their respective colors, the root chakra is deep red, the sacral chakra is orange, etc.

Then read my advice for visualizing cleaning again, as it should make more sense now after you have understood what the chakra's are and how they look.


If your mind continues to run and distract you during meditation, do void meditation first before you begin your meditations to calm the mind and remove distractions.

After that, during meditation, let any thoughts or distractions which come up fade from your mind, just let them pass without paying attention to them or getting frustrated, be calm and bring your attention back to the visualization and intention of your meditation.

Be calm, void your thoughts and train yourself to maintain your focus. This will come with time.

I relax and try to superimpose white gold light on my body. I rely more on expanding my aura to "feel" and "know" the light is there than visualizing because it's difficult that way.
But from what I read it is important to visualize as best you can while cleaning your aura.


Still pretty new myself fyi.
