Astral Projection ?

In under 30 minutes, I can enter a deep state of trance. I used meditation 1, but I was unable to astral project. I meditate while laying on my back because my parents dislike buddhism since they are christians.

I have questions:
1. Does my trance need to be deeper? So I need to meditate for at least 1 hour more?
2. Do I need for my body to be paralyzed in order to astral project?
3. Can you guys share your anecdotes on astral projection? Would love to hear your experiences.

Try these experiences when you know that other will not disturb you. Disturbing one in these states is painful and dangerous!

A slight correction on my own behalf. I meant to say "There's no single method that works for everyone in the beginning". At least, not to my knowledge.

A major factor is the mental barriers one might have regarding Astral Projection. When you actively work toward achieving it, the process becomes easier, and those barriers begin to break down. Using specific runes can also help facilitate and support you in Astral Projection.

How do you detach from background noise well enough to get that deep in trance? Is it possible?
