astral projection

I want to ask a question regarding astral projection and lucid dreams. Recently, I often find myself in the astral plane, not intentionally, but it happens on its own. I want to know if this is normal and what it might mean?

I am not very educated on this plane of meditation and SS, but it may seem that you are more open in your psych. This is a very good thing and you should embrace it fully. By meditation and meditating on your astral, you can grow bigger and bigger.

Yes some people may have this condition that they astral project unwillingly.
Try putting a random card somewhere, but don't look at it what card is it. And when you astral project, look at the card, and when you wake up, see if it's actually that card. If it matches, than you have confirmed that you actually astral projected.
