Greetings. I think there's a very small typo on the "Base Chakra Meditation Page"

The last sentence in step 2 reads like this:

Exhale slowly through your nose and visualize and focus upon energy being drawn into your crown chakra and with the exhale, direct this energy back down through all of your chakras to the base, illuminating each one.

I think it should be 'inhale' through the nose (pulling energy) and exhale (pushing energy).

Aside from that I'm wondering, when I do a an AoP or the foundation meditation, should I (at the inhale) visualize my aura condensing/brightening while at the exhale expanding?

This really depends on location, generally if blacks are the majority population in the area than this is the case as the culture currently is an abomination. Also yes segregation has a very good point that we should be seperate based on racial lines as we do not function together nor are the cultures of different races compatible, complete assimilation is impossible. We can work together for the destruction of the parasitic jews and worship the same gods, but we should not in any way be part of the same society, just being gentile does not make us equal nor compatible.

You would have to wait for the timing to be right. Which the planet might still be in the correct sign if it is a short square like Jupiter. But it is a good idea to put at least one or two days in between just to be sure that they will not interfere with each other.

I spent 5 years in Iraq and Afghanistan as a Dept of Defence contractor. I know that in the daily prayers or whatever the correct term is, the Muslims always bow to the east as their combined energy is supposed to be more focused. What direction should one be for prayer and place an altar for proper Satanism? Also, can my daily meditations and yoga be performed in the same dedicated room in my house?

During void meditation, are the random images that you see part of the unwanted thoughts to take out? Or it's all about turning off voices and noises in your head?

I find that the more relaxed I get with void meditation, the more those random (and very vivid) images actually pop up, as opposed to the voices and the noises which definitely need to be silenced.

Those negative images and voices are usually a thanks to Christianity. Just block them out and ignore them and they will eventually go away. Cleaning and the FRTR always helps.

Muslims actually face towards the direction of the Kaaba in Mecca, not necessarily east. It all depends on their location. Indian Muslims for example face west because Mecca is to their west. Muslims who live in Russia have to face south for that same reason.

There's no set direction to align your altar. In the JoS site it says that many people align them to the east but some others to the north.

Actually, It was the best thing, I was a contractor, not active military so I made over 100K a year, and the 1st $ $86,000 was tax-free. Okay good. Yes it will work for you. There are two parts to it. The first part removes every curse that is in you right now and it sends the curses to the people who put them on you. Then the 2nd part helps you make a protective aura that automatically reflects curses away from you so they don't attach to you.

If I recall correctly yes. I once read a post on TCM and it explained how excessive physical exercise leads to blood stagnation so perhaps excessive meditation does the same? Yet don't take it literally, I may misremember but the idea is not to push yourself after the point it's painful or extremely tiring.
I guess it's normal to feel a bit tired after meditation since it's a continued effort but don't go on if you feel you just can't or feel exhausted.

You are straining yourself. Take a nap, relax. Do it again. You will adapt.

Well, this practice has to be done once a day and it doesn't have to last long the first few times. Then it could be done even a little longer, but the point is that you have to focus more on the quality of the meditation and not so much on its duration.

That's "the official JoS" 40-day program for beginners to get accustomed to practicing meditation and yoga. You are free to create your own from the get-go or modify an existing one for your situation and needs.
