Hello all my Satanic sisters and brothers!!! i have a question, what is my chart ruler? i ihad stellium in scorpio, but my ascendant in libra. Also Pluto and Venus are in close conjunction, which placed at the sign of scorpio.can i have the both of them as my chart rulers?Thank you and sorry for my bad english(
