It wouldn't be exactly the same but the 9th's energy and relevant planets would be funneled through the lens of the 12th and Sagittarius itself sometimes. You might find a lot of merged circumstances with the 9th and 12th matters like religious and educational obligations, excessive behavior leading to possibly being constrained, alternating between extreme confidence and seclusion, powerful dreams about vivid and mystical things, etc.
