Anyone have military experiance I need some advice, and help from u

One of my friends was able to get into the military at age 15, he has been in The ARMY Rangers for 4 months. He has managed to reach Lieutenant Colonel in that amount of time on only a High school diploma. He told me he was useing abilities such as photosynthesis, and switching out souls to appear as the ultimate solider with unlimited energy, and he really is that good. My question now, how is rank determiened, I want to join the seals. and I plan to rank just as fast as him, and use abilities and what not to propel myself through the ranks. Don't get me wrong I will work my ass off, but I need to know how one generally gets promoted, and dont say hard work, blah blah blah, I need to know specifics.

I'm in the army and been here for 3 years. In the army as an officer you'll achieve rank without a doubt just do classes and work in certain positions you'll make Lt. Cornel easy. As an NCO it's like a popularity contest. If the NCO's above you like you you'll get promoted easy if they don't then it'll be rough. You can be a top notch soldier but if your boss doesn't like your personality you won't get promoted. You can be a shitty soldier but have a solid personality you'll get promoted. My first two years in the army I was a shitty soldier and got promoted early twice. I'm still kindda shirt and they want me to be a SGT. It's just all about how you carry yourself
