Antler runes

I got a piece of deer antler, and playing with the idea of carving runes into it. Is there any rune what would go specially well with it? Like Ingwaz for ivory?

Sounds like a great way to express yourself and connect with the Gods. They always appreciate what you make. They've always smiled on me for crafting and creativity. It is one of my favorite ways to emulate Them.
My collection of Runes has changed much over the years and I did a similar thing you plan to do with your deer antler.
I made my Othaal Rune out of a piece of petrified wood I found in a creek and it feels incredible to me.
Your runes will feel right to you if you listen and meditate with them as you create them.
I also have some antler but haven't made runes with it. You should try it!

It depends on what you want to use it for, you could certainly use ingwaz, but if you have the antlers as an ornament i would carve Algiz into it, Algiz is the rune of protection and banishes negative energies. (You can use any rune you want)

Make sure to vibrate the rune while carving to empower it.
