I have a problem, i planned weeks and weeks on my dedecation, and when
i did i, i didn' feel motivated to go on with my spiritual training.
This could be because of the many medetations that are available.]
Could someone tell me what a good way is o start?

On joyofsatan in the meditations section for power meditations try
doing the breathing exercises and try going into a trance.
Start slow, try sitting somewhere you feel comfortable and at peace,
just close your eyes, breath and listen to everything around you,
listen to yourself think, think about how your feeling at the moment,
just relax and breath, then slowly begin tuning everything out and
listen to the silence and the sound of your breathing.

The spiritual training programme is a good place to start as it helps
build us a strong foundation.

If that doesn't feel right to you then you should try to master each
meditation in the beginners section on the meditations page before
moving on to the higher practices of Satanism (Intermediate and Advanced).
