Have you heard of him? He made it illegal for whites to marry other whites in Paraguay in the 1800s (where he was a dictator) and created a country where almost everyone was part Spanish and part native Guarani.
I stumbled across this article and it made me feel nauseas, I'm honestly terrified of this happening again. It's good RTR fuel and a reminder that we need to stop something like this from happening again

Did you confuse Stroessner with José Gaspar Rodríguez de Francia?
Stroessner came along much, much later. Not exactly a great guy but an anti-communist, against the church and gave a lot of aid to whatever remained of NS.
Francia on the other hand was a total fucking lunatic.
