Advice wanted on aiming grey energy to take power away from the enem

I've read how we could do some runes work each day on how to slowly destroy the power of jews that are controlling the world so evilly.
I'm fairly new to this website and am definitely respectful as to the power of magic so want to make quite sure that I take all the necessary 'precautions' as I don't want to shoot myself in the foot and find I've brought the grey energy to myself.
Please could you give ALL precautions and important tips on how to do this safely?  Many thanks!

Just remember to clean your aura and chakras and do aura of protection after you have performed any workings against the jews or whatever. Then you'll be fine.
