Just wondering if anyone has tried this meditation yet and how the
results of it went. I have tried this for a few days now and my
results where pretty great. Right after I was finished with the 3rd
eye one I saw a lot of sparkly stuff in the air coming towards
me.(like glitter) I'm not sure what it was. Things seemed very much
more vivid and my senses were heightened. I also felt very peaceful,
stress free, and happy. When I went back inside though I noticed my
pupils where dilated. Does that sound alright? So... now I'm not sure
if any of the things I noticed where really even there.
I also did the other version for the pineal gland but didn't get as
good of results.

Crystal I've seen that sparkly stuff too. Mostly when working with my
astral eyes. Doesn't happen as often now, but it happened A LOT when I
just started opening my astral eyes. Also for me this meditation has
shown effects really quickly for both the third eye and pineal gland.

acompanied by a still silence, don't know if you noticed anything
like that?
I found this meditation good also. I think Ive pin-pointed the area
of my pineal gland, and recognize the ache I get there after doing
this meditation. Im going to keep working on this one in particular
as it is very stimulating.

there was nothing no silence going on. Like almost a feeling of
silence? I might understand what you mean because when I was seeing
this energy is seemed like I was the only person around for miles. A
silence in a way. I'm still having some trouble with the pineal gland
pin pointing. Maybe because the pictures on the jos didn't clear too
much up for me. It is in the center and down to the right, correct?
And is it circular? I think I might also remember Maxine say it was
the size of a pea. Is it possible to see with my 3rd eye or should I
just visualize where I think it should be?

hi all,
 i like this exercise too.
i can find the pineal gland, but can focus easier on my 3rd eye,
 it responds quickly and i feel then feel pressure in my forehead,
the pineal is more subtle to sense.

as i do this exercise,
i am seeing several bright blue balls moving fast with eyes closed,
and gold/silver sparkles with eyes open,
and i felt my head rush with energy.

then one multicolored ball/mass goes bright and vivid changing colors and even shapes
 in the center of my vision.

in the trance exercise i saw
some symbols flashing by me fast,
i saw the logr rune and
other symbols/designs but moving so fast
it makes it difficult to remember.

are we still doing the trance then this?

What you describe as the "feeling of Silence" is exactly what I'm
relating to.

Your right, it is about the size of a pea, although I believe it is
pine cone shaped, hence the name. I think its about 3 inches behind
and just below the third eye.
Yes you should just visualise where it should be.

I am. It seems to be going very well.
I had an uncanny experience this morning. I woke up and just started
singing a song. I didn't know where I had heard the song before, and
I got the inclination to phone my Dad and ask him if he knew where I
may have heard it. He told me that my Nanna, His mum, used to sing it
to me when I was an baby (about six months old)as I travelled back
and forward from Germany to the UK. I have never heard the song
since.
It seems that by working on the Pineal Gland you gain access to what
I would consider long forgotten memories. Very interesting.
I have also had a euphoric feeling that has lasted all day, although
tonight my head is pounding.

The sparkly glitter is astral gold. I am very familiar with this.
Satan sometimes has it around his aura. Demons have it as well.
Astral gold is very powerful and an extremely positive omen. I
remember working on certain things for myself and I saw astral gold
surrounding the energy I was working with, both on my own aura (with
one thing) and on the auras of other things both living and material
when applying energy. With every one of these things, the results
were excellent.

From my own experience, astral gold is the most powerful for all
white magickal workings and success in obtaining desires, healing,
and protection. Seeing an astral golden aura around any one or
anything in question assures everything will be ok.

I found this meditation good also. I think Ive pin-pointed the

of my pineal gland, and recognize the ache I get there after

doing

this meditation. Im going to keep working on this one in

as it is very stimulating.
