Hello there , since a few days whenever I start my spiritual routine I am starting to get tired or my head starts to hurt , like I don t want to start. This didn t happened to me before. Am I supposed to meditate and do everything ( beside squares that you need to do everyday ) do I need to do everything everyday ?

Yes. Do not interrupt your routine, this can be a cause of "interruption/regression" of the progress you have achieved.

You need to create a routine that can be performed every day. If you have trouble maintaining it, change it. Even if you feel you have gone too far, change it.

Do what you can do, do not overdo it; it is not useful and you will not make progress that way.

what do you mean exactly by not overdo it ?

Also is it normal to have brainfog sometimes or ? if not how can I fix this

Thank you.

This may be due to overdoing it, as my friend above said, because our soul should rise in a balanced way and in accordance with our capacity.

I also recommend cleansing your chakras. If there is any problem, it can be solved this way.

Stay within your "power level." If you have a certain "resistance/limit" on a "job," go no further.

Chakras are also represented as flowers, the lotus. The chakra is very similar to a flower. Also in its "function"

When you take care of the "flower," you must respect its "rhythm" of growth. If you give the flower too much water, it may have problems; if you do not give it enough, it will not "grow." This is very much like chakra work. Where one has to maintain a balance.

One should not exceed one's state of "growth/development," which one cannot manage. It is okay if you go slightly over the limit, but in a controlled way.

If your body manifests the effects of overwork, consider decreasing your work, then resume it when you are ready.
