What do you mean ? I don't really have Sun these days it's just cloudy , I am talking about the light from phone if I can use that to visualize like the Sun

Just visualize the Sun in your mind in front of you. This works totally fine.

Just look at a video on a pc or a phone with a bright light Sun to help. There are many YouTube videos like that.

As mentioned by HPS Maxine, you can use a soft white light bulb if you need help visualizing the sun. Don't use LED lights as those are bad for your eyes.
