The runes look good, but October 14th still falls on a date where Venus is in the sign of its fall, despite the moon being in Libra. Furthermore, Saturday is not a good day of the week to start, if one can help this.

It would be much better to wait until November where Venus is in Libra. Look at November 10th: Moon and Venus in Libra, on a Friday. Then, do a full Venus Square, which could take a similar amount or even less amount of time as the runes. All of these factors would produce a much better result.

If you have someone in your life and you are desperate to attract them now, then sure you could start on October 14th, but it would be an inefficient use of energy. Instead of focusing on love, it would be better to focus on sexual or friendship-based connections with them, as those are better supported at that time.

Similar to your natal chart, the conditions of the working are set when it was started, or "born". Therefore, this is ok.

Someone can start a working when Venus is in Libra, but then end it when Venus falls into Scorpio, the sign of its detriment. This is fine and has likely happened multiple times, just due to placement of these signs.

or

is better, since it focuses more on the objective. Mentioning the aura could over-complicate the method.

Personally, I believe a material square would work better (based on what HPS Maxine has listed for the material aspects of Venus), but theoretically both should be ok.

Ansuz is good for communication, whereas Ehwaz develops trust and partnership. It is similar to love, but also relates to non-romantic partners, like Gemini. Yes, Wunjo would also be good here, but is broader than communications.

Sowilo is broad, but encourages the solar aspect of love, as well as motivating anything else necessary for your goal to succeed.

Mercury is in Libra and perhaps that would be a good opportunity for a Mercury Square directed to this.

If you have access to the synastry between you and them, or even just your natal chart, you can see the specific problem areas between you and them, or at least from your end.

Or even just the Ehwaz rune.

For the synastry, I'm not very experienced in astrology, a SS brother is helping me with this, so I'll know more shortly.

For the mercury square, I don't fit in with the timing, and I would strain the routine too much.
