I wonder something. If Kamadeva is Kama-deva, so relating to one that ultimate aims of human growth, do we also have Artha-deva, Dharma-deva, Moksha-deva and Arogya-deva?
Have you used Klim with the name of other Deities representing what you want to attract to yourself?
Klim is also the magnetic force that relates to Ida, the feminine/yin part of the soul. It empowers magnetism specifically, if one wants to use it by itself.
Shakti Mantras can be used in any combination but certain combinations don't work as the energies are not synergic. Different Deities of the Sanskrit pantheon control different aspects of life. Instead of conducting experiments i came to the conclusion that it was better to just copy a mantra with proven results that the Tantrics have done before and written in books for material purposes.
So as you asked not really Deva but Artha Devi is Maa Laxmi whose mantra is on the Jos. Generally the Shakti combination with Maa Laxmi is Shrim which signifies prosperity. I haven't read Aum Klim Laxmiyei Namah anywhere and the reason why would probably be that they don't want to attract the money in the sense you attract a partner which would be outside of you. But to make yourself such that you keep generating large sums of wealth by yourself. That is probably why they don't use Klim like that.
Klim having to attract some outside thing therefore it has limited use. It's better to embody the qualities that you mentioned withing yourself for things other than attraction.
Arogya - Health - Would be Surya and his different Mantras.
Dharma - Would be Shiva or Vishnu and his different aspects.
Moksha - Would be Shiva and SATANAMA.
The Main Deities and their aspects are enough for one life of a 100 years. There are innumerable more that we don't have time to delve into with such a limited lifespan.
