What do you know about him?

Online I found only garbage, and a mention that he "probably" was worshiped at Sidon.

The sources talk about him like if he was a "second Satanas", also at the Serpent level.

Probably he is a bringer of value in these matters.

But here I just said the opposite of what the sources said.

what i think my private assume is ( if Asmodeus was 1st Commander from Azazel then Belial is 2nd Commander from Azazel)

In my research, I've found that both the Goetic Baal and Belial are demonized aspects of Baalzebul.
Baal represents a direct bastardization of the core concepts of Baal Zevulon / Zeus, as a storm and fertility God, praised for caring for his people.
Belial represents a direct bastardization of the authoritative nature of Baal, specifically a personification of the idea that the King God of a nation that opposes Israel must be a "Lord of lies".
They could be different Gods at the root, but Belial does show off a lot of similarities historically to Baal.

Let's not forget the allegory that the Jews put in the name of Belial, that is, the fact that he can grant power to men in noble positions.

It's true that the real meaning of power is lightning, and hence the name Belial is a direct allusion to the Ball Zevulon name of the Thunder God, it's clear that they know the importance of the symbol of lightning.

in this year was restoring era (restoring Gods Name) many Name of Gods was Corrupted like Belial was Corrupted name it's like blaspheme or slandering he name. for now hmm it's ok to using name of Belial becoz Ritual for Belial not Launching maybe after Launching for Belial fore restoring he name and using new name what be lost from ancient time becoz corrupted from jewish or jews changing name to be Belial.

About the name... Belial is similar to the latin word Bellum/Belium.

Or even Beli-el, or it can be an anagram, Bell-ia (ya, in sanskrit is related to Vayu/Zephiros), Bell can be related to Baal or to the bell (music instrument/ vibration of a word).

The Lord of the Wind/ The Sound of the Wind/ The Wind of Baal?

He who brings the weapons towards the falsehood, he who stop every enemy of the truth to become superior and having power over us in every way (like evil over Truth), a direct manifestation of Lord Satanas in this.

The enemy in his verses talk about him as the opposite of "christ", as an arrogant one that don't submit to "christ grace", they say that he is basically Satanas, and call him the incarnation of "evil" (as he opposes jews and their teachings), and "worthless" as in their verses they try to say that Belial weapons (thorns) can't hit his enemies, and that he hides from those who call him, or something.

Winds and Thorns are related to the penetration of winds, Thorn rune is also a war rune related to penetration and destruction. The sound is related to the throat and thus to Winds, and Bel/Baal is related to him being so close to Satanas/Baalzebul.
Also my idea of him being a Warrior King with a sword can be related, as swords are related to the element Air and are war tools.

I can see some patterns.

Those who opposes the jewish teachings and "autority" are called Belial's Sons.

This is related to what I readed online, but still, this might be limitating.
We should look at Pagan Mithology, but I don't know who he is in the Pantheons.
