Hello. If you want to become more attractive and charismatic, the way you are describing is overly simplistic I would say. Attractiveness and charisma are personality traits that humans develop after years of social interactions, maturation, taking on various responsibilities, taking on leading roles or positions etc.

Since this is not exactly an easy process especially if you are someone that completely lacks those traits, you are not going to get them "overnight" by merely programming your aura. Yes the Venus square can be great to accelerate the process and to positively affect your personality to be much more receptive to these changes, but you also need to go out and do the activities mentioned above, in order to "plant the seeds" in your personality to develop these traits faster. A spiritual work can do wonders to speed up the process but it won't manifest it altogether without you putting in some physical work beside the spiritual work. This goes for virtually anything.

Indeed as Henu said you would need to think well for an affirmation depending on what you need. I don't have a lot of experience with such workings as the ones you need but I think the affirmation you posted is a good one. I would replace "in the best & positive way for me" with "the most positive and healthiest ways for me" as "best" is quite vague and you need to account for the possibility that you might also increase your charisma and attractiveness in negative ways as well if you do not account for this in the affirmation.

Also is the physical square of Venus that you need, not the spiritual one (or of the Sun, I think the Sun can work very well here as well as it governs over self-confidence and strength). The Spiritual square is for spiritual endeavors such as empowering the throat chakra or strengthening a weak Venus in your chart to increase its overall influence. But things governed by Venus such as money, beauty, attractiveness etc. would require the physical square.

There can be a bit of overlap between the Squares when it comes to their influence over the functions of the body. Personally, I had used spiritual Squares for this, as the state of the soul manifests through the body, but I had also known of someone who used a material Square for influence on personal characteristics, and this worked, too. Furthermore, we can see that HPS Maxine has cited health as one reason for a spiritual Square of Venus.

Looking at the material functions of Squares, the listed functions are career and wealth-based success, which implies changes in the structure of the physical world, but also changes in the soul to support this, like gaining new skills pertaining to career.
So, there is certainly some overlap here, but one should use the most relevant option. For changes in personality, I prefer spiritual.

To list some of my own experience, I had used a Venus spiritual Square once for "general improvement" of my Venusian energies. This had brought physical changes, improved perceptions and attractions to women in both a friendly and romantic way, and also receiving unsought material attention from a relative of mine.

Just keep in mind now that Venus is in Scorpio, which is the sign of detriment and not ideal for any traditional functions of Venus.
