The pillar that supports Satans upcoming aeon
Some time ago i found an easy to do exercise that can temporarily boost ones self confidence, Not only can it boost your confidence, its a great exercise to do before you are going to do any high intensity or low intensity training. This exercise primes your body, and makes it so your muscles are ready for anything (Of course warming up your muscles properly is still something that would take priority to avoid any kind of injury). It could also for example help in focusing your mind, or even energy, the list of uses goes on.

This exercise is quite versatile since it can be applied in so many different situations, It could be applied for physical, mental and even spiritual practices. Do remember that what i wrote above is from my own experiences.

The exercise:

1. a. Stand upright, and plant your feet on the ground sturdily.
b. Make sure that you have a good posture (Chest lifted, shoulders down etc.).

2. Breath in trough your nose in the same manner as the yogic complete breath.

3. a. Tense up every muscle in your body (Feet, legs, abdomen, chest, arms, hands etc.).
b. place your tong on the upper palate of your mouth, and slowly breath out trough your mouth until you run out of breath, This will make a hissing sound.

4. Once you are out of breath relax your body.

The above steps count for one round, do this for 3 rounds.

While tensing up your muscles, scan your body up and down to see if there are any muscles that are not under tension, and try to put them under tension either in this round or the next.

It's actually similar to an exercise that one of our members posted (it might be Lydia, I don't know, I read it a while ago) only that exercise is done sitting down This one is done standing up. Perfect, once sitting once standing. Cool.
