Good day all.
To get to the point; What would you all consider a good routine for daily advancement?
I've been inactive for some time now because I've been working 14 hours a day as a truck driver. And with this I've also struggled to keep up a consistent routine, as I don't often have time to do anything during the day time. My old routine started with Kundalini Yoga, the Final RTR, then Returning Curses Parts 1 and 2, and ending with Hatha Yoga. And until recently I did not realize I wasn't making much progress because I would often skip Hatha Yoga because I was so tired by the time I finished Returning Curses parts 1 and 2.
So, my new routine is: Final RTR, Returning Curses Parts 1 and 2, then Hatha Yoga. Would this work better?
Also a quick last question, does being interrupted in the middle of a Final RTR mean I need to restart it?
I've been doing them whenever I have time while on duty, but sometimes people will come up to me and try to talk to me. Usually it's only to ask a question, and I don't say anything more than I have to. But it isn't something I can help, as I have times while I'm on duty where I have to be available even if I'll be waiting for anywhere from half an hour to hours on end. So I've been using this time to get a Final RTR in and both Returning Curses Parts 1 and 2 so I have at least those done before its late at night.
I haven't really gotten very far in terms of spiritual advancement, despite being dedicated for years now. And I NEED to get serious about doing my routine daily, and opening my chakras. Despite my current work situation. Hopefully that will change soon and I can work far less than this, but in the mean time this is where I'm at.
