The "Virgo day" here refers to the Moon being in the sign of Virgo. The Moon changes sign frequently and that is why every few days a new sign is listed. However, the sign of Venus takes much longer. You can see the status of Venus and other planets in the bottom right of the calendar. It should show the sign, and here you will see that Venus is in the sign of Taurus, not Virgo.
It remains in Taurus for a couple weeks, hence why you see it listed on a variety of Moon signs. It is listed every Friday because this is the day of the week associated with Venus. This same general concept applies for the rest of the planets too, as for example the Sun is in Aries now and has been for a few weeks, yet today the Moon sign is Cancer.
