In the sigil itself there are two symbols that seem to represent jews as a whole, and those are meant to be intended against the race as a whole.The menorah, while prolly really symbolizing something else entirely, is universally known to be represenative of the jewish religion. Attack that, attack the religion. More specifically, make the jewish religion lose cooperation with the people outside of it.
The ditty of hebrew characters to the right of the names spell "chai", which is prolly a jewish source of inward power. So attack that, and make it turn against it's bearers. Make their magic misfire and bring disaster upon themselves.The names are pretty obvious. They're the ones that control the money, and thus control the world. The runes above them are Hagal, the rune below thurisaz. Bring divine wrath from above and let death take them from below.
