I wanted to make a post to explain to the more inexperienced how to take advantage of one of the eight pillars of Astarte's Eightfold Path of Advanced Empowerment, namely mudras (hand positions).
In this post I will show 6 simple mudras, useful in some meditations and easily performed anywhere (such as traveling by bus, train, plane, etc...).
The first mudra is called dhyani mudra, and essentially I use it during meditation in the void, and I do well.
The next mudras are about the 5 elements and can be used to balance the elements, to create affinity with the elements, to meditate on the elements, to meditate on the universe, or to accompany a chakra meditation (always using the right elements for each chakra).
Using a mental repetition of elemental mantras (words of power) can amplify the effects of such a meditation.
The first mudra is the Akasha Mudra.
It is performed by bringing the tips of the thumb and middle finger together, keeping the other three fingers straight and relaxed.
The Ether element resides in the middle finger, while the Fire element resides in the thumb. With this mudra, the Ether element is regulated by the Fire element in the thumb.
This mudra is very useful because it naturally balances the soul and is one of the safest for less experienced people.

The associated mantra:
"Akasha".
The Aether governs:
The 6th, 7th upper chakras and extensions such as the temple chakras and the third eye; it also governs the pineal gland and the chakras above the head.
The Ether is the basis of the universe.
The second mudra is Vayu Mudra.
It is performed by bending the index finger and placing its tip at the base of the thumb. The thumb presses, gently, on the tip of the index finger.
The other three fingers remain extended.
The mudra is performed with both hands.
The Fire element resides in the thumb and the Air element in the index finger. With this mudra, the Air element is adjusted by the Fire element in the thumb.
For inexperienced people, I recommend not to overdo it and be guided by a God, as it can cause an imbalance if handled poorly.

The associated mantra:
"Vayu".
Air governs:
5th chakra.
Aspect:
Male.
The third mudra is Agni Mudra.
It is performed by bending the ring finger, down to the base of the thumb. With light pressure of the thumb on the top of the ring finger.
The Earth element, which resides in the ring finger, is eliminated, while the Fire element, which resides in the thumb, is increased.
For inexperienced people, I recommend not to overdo it and be guided by a God, as it can cause an imbalance if handled poorly.
Do not direct this element sensitive areas such as the heart or brain.

The associated mantra:
"Agni".
Fire governs:
3rd chakra.
Aspect:
Male.
The fourth mudra is Prithivi Mudra.
It is performed by joining the tips of the thumb and ring finger to form a circle, keeping the other fingers extended.
The Fire element, which resides in the thumb, is eliminated, while the element Earth is increased, which resides in the ring finger.
For inexperienced people, I recommend not to overdo it and be guided by a God, as it can cause an imbalance if handled poorly.

The associated mantra:
"Prithivi" or other permutations of the Sanskrit "Earth," such as "Prithvi" or "Prthivi."
Earth governs:
The 1st chakra and extensions such as the hip chakras.
Aspect:
Female.
The fifth mudra is Varuna Mudra.
To perform this mudra, the tip of the little finger and the tip of the thumb touch with light pressure, while the other three fingers remain extended.
The Water element resides in the little finger, while the Fire element resides in the thumb. With this mudra, the Water element is adjusted by the Fire element in the thumb.
For inexperienced people, I recommend not to overdo it and be guided by a God, as it can cause an imbalance if handled poorly.

Before trying any elemental meditation, read all the warnings at http://www.joyofsatan.org/
These elemental works are not intended for those who are just beginning their path in Satanism, but for those who already have some experience with meditation, or at any rate even intermediate members.

Always check on JoS what each elemental governs, so that you will have many more ideas for meditation.

Keeping in mind the male and female aspect of an element is also very helpful and important.
