<pre style="font-fa[/IMG]Hello my fellow satanists! I was hoping to get a little advice as I have recently lost all my appetite, I dont just mean Im eating a little less. Today I had to force myself to finish a sandwich, which was the first thing I had really eaten in over 36 hours. I used to make jokes about how much I ate and could eat such as "Im a fat kid at heart", Im a 25 year old 145lb male. Im also a recovering heavy drug/tobacco user and I realize the heavy change in my lifestyle can also cause things like this to happen. What worries me is that just the sight of food makes me literally sick to my stomach, and when I work out I feel as though Im going to puke. Could this be a result of an overexertion of my own energy, or an attack from the kikes? I am very concerned for my own health as it feels like my body is forceably shutting down. I will be meditating the rest of the night to try and find the root of this. Any and all advice is appreciated. Thank you fellow brothers and sisters. Leo</pre>

Are you struggling to sleep or sweating while asleep?

Do you feel hungry but then sick when you see food?

Or is there no hunger?

Can you describe the appearance of your tongue?

I have always had sleeping problems, ever since I can remember, but recently I have been experiencing sweating alot in my sleep. Almost every night.
I am extremely hungry most of the time, but when I see food I feel ill.
It looks more pale than usual, maybe even dehydrated.I can take a picture if need be.

My dreams are also very vivid of late, every night I dream it is a very intense experience, and I awaken almost more exhausted than when I went to sleep. Not sure if this is relevant or not.

I have added it to my amazon cart, although I am curious if there are any alternatives. I am very against taking pills unless I absolutely have to. I would also like a reliable informational source about this deficiency so I can study it a bit, before pumping my body full of medicine.
Thank you very much for your help!

This is all very relevant yes... You are suffering from stomach yin deficiency.

Thankfully there is a cure...

It depends how long you would like to take before your illness is healed.

Stomach yin deficiency can take a long time to heal by diet and lifestyle alone.

Lifestyle advice to assist includes going to bed earlier, eating less food but more often and selecting foods which are nourishing to stomach yin and yin in general including duck, pork, eggs, clam, oyster, coconut milk and cream, dairy products in general, black sesame seeds, black beans, kidney beans, avocado, lemon, sprouted beans and barely.

Avoiding hot, spiced foods is advisable and eating large amounts is inadvisable.

Avoid supplements like B vitamins and ginseng which create heat in the body that further damages yin.

Again, using these methods will take time, a fair amount of time.

Think of the medicinal decoction as a collection of herbs which have the energy of the foods above but in a far more concentrated form.

This is a good resource for reading about the syndrome, albeit aimed at someone who has studied Chinese medicine but it may still be useful to you:

Thank you very much,
Ill set out a new dietary plan for myself to follow for the future until all feels right again. I will also continue meditating and place my order on amazon.
Wow! Just reading for 5 minutes on that site is very revealing, as most of these symptoms have been occuring most of my adult life. The tongue coating and patches started when I was in high-school and freaked me out to the point that I asked my parents about it. They basically shrugged it off as "you aren't bleeding or throwing up so you dont need to see a doctor". Eventually I forgot about it and here I am now with Stomach-Yin Deficiency.

Thank you so much again!
