A big thank you to the Gods

In a few days it will be the second year of beeing a practising SS(i dedicated 10-11 years ago).

Allot has happened in the past year, there were ups and downs, traumas that I have healed, anxieties that I overcame, my first 180 day working succesfully finished, I have matured quite allot.

But the most important thing for me is that I am finally able to practise martial arts again after 3 long years.

For a bit of context 3 years ago I was diagnosed with a Herniated disc and was told by a pretty famous Doctor that I will never be able to practise martial arts again.

Fast forward to today, im practising martial arts again, I feel alive and I feel my strenght comming back to me.

Im still a beginner in ths Path, and even I can see that it is not a easy one, but it is a fruitful one and the only true Path for us, the children of the Gods.

A Big thank you to Father Satan, Mother Lilith, Teacher Biffrons and to my Guardian and allso to all the other Gods that have helped me and instructed me on this Path.

Also my Brothers and Sisters thank you for directly or indirectly helping me out, or giving me advice.

And Thanks to HPHC for giving us hope and information in these dark times.

And for the Brothers and Sisters that are strugling, don't give up and keep walking forward. I know it is cheesy advice but that was what pulled me trough.

I'm curious how did you cure it? The former herniated disc?

I was guided by the Gods after some time of doing Yoga to a man who was for a long time on Tibet and specialises in spine problems, but the real changes started when I was at like day 160 of the 180 day working. I guess it was the combination of the 3 Yoga the Doctor and the working.

I belive that it could have been done sooner but I started slacking off after I started going to the Doctor. When I realised that(it took me some time to understand that i went back to my old way of thinking, to just wait for others to handle my problems), I started the 180 day working.
