Ok, I know people who do telekinesis by connecting their hand chakras to an object, but could you do the same with your foot chakras, or even put your hands and feet around an object and move it? I know this sounds funny, but I'm curious.

When doing telekinesis you are not connecting your hand chakras to the object, you are connecting your aura to it. It’s just easiest to do this through the hands at the beginning.

Once you become proficient enough in this then yes this would be possible. You could move an object simply by looking at it. This would take a powerful aura and lots of training though

Why use your feet I just don't see the practicality for it
