Hello,

I want to do a MUNKA working. I have questions about it.

1) Where should I vibrate MUNKA to? To my soul or aura or elsewhere?

2) Is 108 still OK after we knew 108 isn't a good number? If not, what can I use?

3) I don't have any apparent carmic problem for now. Can I affirm to remove "general" karma?

4) What do you think about my affirmation? Here it is: "I am totally and completely free from all negative karma in totally positive, healthy and permanent way"

You can vibrate Munka into your aura, your being, or simply vibrate it aloud - the key is to raise its energy through focused vibration and repetition. Repeating it 108 times is perfectly fine and effective. Just keep in mind that because this number is widely used in Hindu traditions, there may occasionally be astral interference due to collective imprints. That said, 108 repetitions still remain excellent, especially for removals.

Yes, you can use this to remove general negative energies or karmic blockages. However, the results may unfold more subtly and gradually over time. You might notice shifts in mood, clarity, or emotional patterns before more tangible changes.

The affirmation you have works. Another powerful affirmation to pair with this could be something like:

"I am totally and completely free and absolved from any and all destructive, negative, and harmful energies that hinder me from living a fulfilling and joyful life - in a very positive, healthy, and permanent way."

Al Jilwah: Chapter IV

"It is my desire that all my followers unite in a bond of unity, lest those who are without prevail against them." - Shaitan
