We literally cannot work without knowing what are the aspects. Honestly, some planets here, if in soft aspects, may be very good.
What are your chart rulers? What are your strongest planets (conjunct angles, cusps, stelliums, particular configurations)?
I see you have some aspects involving Saturn, if Saturn is in hard aspects to one's chart ruler, particularly if square, it is very very bad.
If the chart rulers are in hard aspects, not good.
Pluto and Venus/Mars can be good for sex, if soft aspects... If hard aspects, not good, particularly Pluto-Moon...
I also see some aspects between your Suns, and honestly if they are in hard aspect, it shouldn't be ignored.
If most are hard aspects, reconsider what you are doing, because you have really intense planets involved here.
