During my time on ToZ, I have seen that the Sigils of Gods that are encircled with there names written between the the two circles is not used. Is it some kind of blasphemy towards them?

It is a symbol of containing and binding their power. It is disrespectful.

They come from the jewish abusive grimoires and they were used to bind them, so they are highly insulting to the Gods.

Any sigils or symbols of the Gods should never have circles around them. Remember the JoS site before it became ToZ. Its logo was the Baphomet without the double circles or hebrew letters around it that the Laveyan version has, for the exact same reason.
