I have Saturn in both Leo and in my 5th house, both of which are bad placements for having children. The problem is, is that I want to have children. It actually makes me very sad to think that I may not be able to have children. As far as I know, I'm not infertile and I don't have any severe genetic disorders. Is there any way I can overcome the bad karma? Should I do Saturn squares and/or Munka workings? And is there any other advice for someone with this placement?

Saturn / aspected Centaurus / higher planets / aspected transneptune in 5th are great for serious art: symphony music, 30 years painting one picture on the level of Mona Lisa. Saturn teaches to take things seriously and live heroic lives. If you have Saturn in a house and try to underperform its affairs you will fail, Saturn does not forgive half-assed done work. Pop song is not a music. You can't build anything with "entertainment" "can't care less" attitude. This includes raising children.
I did not see too much people with Saturn in 5th who had children but rather those who were celibates, prefer platonic distant relationship, heavenly or brotherly love [the higher octave], or those whose views do not let them find appropriate person to have children with [the lower one]. Usually, as Saturn is of criticism and discerning, being or not being worthy of, one might think that the opposite sex is unworthy in the overwhelming majority. I saw a person who wanted children but considered all women "becoming whores or feminists after 23 if not married" and he would only see solution in taking 9 years old into his house and keep her under strict informational firewall from the outer world so that she is not brainwashed until she matures to the age of consent untouched. Basically to keep her in an incubator and raise the needed mentality cultivated for him personally free from school and other outer influence. This is an example of being skeptic, not trusting people of desired sex, considering their own right choice non-existent or unattainable, and general bad luck in love and family life.
I also saw Saturn in 5th in Solar / Lunar returns with violence at the hands of a boyfriend or a maniac. These are worst types and of the lowest octaves one should not involve with usually being a result of light attitude to dating (dating and trusting whomever without cation).
Highest octave of such position is Demon Lover, highest purest most heavenly most Godly Worshiper Love that was deserved and fought for many lifetimes of hardest work and most heroic feats, absolute loyalty and 100% self sacrifice for this heavenly love rewarded accordingly. Because true love is a reward for feats, not "entertainment". And Saturn as godly heroic planet of deserving and earning everything shows this directly and most blatantly.
If children, then this is creating family for the higher goal such as Race rather than entertainment. Children are to be earned. Nothing in relation to children is to be freebie: to have light and healthy birth you have to train yourself with special training, in the Far East they have TCM doctor accompanying woman in pregnancy and childbirth so that both birth and child were healthy. Everything in the house of Saturn will be attained through most humble most pious and most devote labor. For example if your child has some born health issues with Saturn / aspected Centaurus in 5th you will need more effort throughout years to heal them, but not necessarily fail. Key here is consistency and patience. Just sitting and waiting for fate is not Saturnian approach, rather the opposite is.
Raising older children will also not be a bounty. Children needs a lot of education, understanding, care, help in realizing their talents. Girls need fatherly protection. Those pinko fags who live in delusion of "children/girls are able to take care of themselves" will find their girl murdered by moslen apes [as well as themselves soon]. Children might be born with diseases and parents might need to care for them all their life. Sick children also can find their way to serve society but parents have to spend much time and effort with them.
Saturn likes absolute loyalty, highest ethic and absolute self-sacrifice for the greater good, taking burdens and responsibility on oneself. If it is not provided enough Saturn can "relieve" its energies into the less pleasant riverbed. Saturn hates light mindedness, not care attitude, trying to get things without effort / desert.
In such situation when you prefer Saturn be not "relieved" in children sphere, I advice to create riverbed of your own choice such as classic art. It must be very difficult, very high structured such as architecture, intricate, extremely demanding and easy to fail in. Symphony music is ideal riverbed for Saturn / Stellium / Higher planets in 5th. it is enough intricate, problematic to find ways to perform and demands enough sacrifice of money and time for the Saturn to relieve.
Love as well must be serious and loyal. Not sleeping around. The last mentioned lifestyle is exactly what might invite the worst lowest octave of Saturn's influence. That's why kike filths usually have worst experiences with it.
Saturn adores Heroes an Heroic attitude to everything. And only such it rewards and rewards greatly. Example: 10th house Saturn is best Leadership position. It can give nearly absolute power over the Earth deciding fates of this world, providing great work done. But if taken lightly and disrespected might "grant" any and all problems with father and government turning these spheres against person and not for him.
