If one prepares appropriately, and strengthens their body, is it possible to massively negate the negative physical symptoms of kundalini rising? Or is it something we have to endure?

Pain and struggle is very likely in a serious spiritual path, be it physical, spiritual, mental, or all in once.

It is of utmost importance that the physical body is strong and trained and above all flexible and the chakras must be completely purified in depth and properly empowered.

The physical body must be suitable for that kind of serious power.

physical training also allows one to progress much more rapidly in the growth of one's energy and improves it in every sense.

It takes a great deal of mental strength and calm to control and awaken this kind of energy.

This kind of work can require many years of regular and consistent power meditation.

The awakening and perfecting of the chakras is a preparation so that the ascent of the kundalini is safe

Wishing oneself not to suffer is not the right way. The right way would be to approach it as if you don't care if you die, kind of like saying "if I die it will be worth trying and I would gladly do it again."

Greetings, Brother / Sister! Thanks for the good question.

Many people think that "life is designed to be full of pain and this is part of being human / woman / etc". This comes from serious lack of education and knowledge as well as pathological taking things for granted nowadays humanity suffers from. All pain is avoidable if you invest time and effort into working with it and investigating into it (which no one usually does today unlike Golden Age). Pain exists in nature regardless, it existed before us and will exist after, but with considerable amount of effort, care and VERY serious attitude, taking everything with maximum responsibility - to solve problem to the end not just let it roam, Saturn (pain) is sublimated into this seriousness. I mean if we are as serious as our Saturn is in healing and freeing of blocks, pain retreats. The more careless and light minded person is the more pain they will face in their lives in regards to the spheres they took for granted. Taking things for granted and unserious approach is the source of all pains in life.

Any and all spiritual and physical pain is mostly connected to the blockages. HPS Maxine wrote about it in details:

Please read everything here:

I also learned a lot of this from the Ancient Pagan books of TCM and not only TCM but Ancient European and Arab literature as well. TCM explains emotional and physical pain as Qi and Blood stagnation. While Qi stagnation deals obviously with chakra and meridian blockages. Please learn about this here (examples included):

The best practice against Qi blockage is yoga:

I also recomend to sublimate Saturn, because it is connected to blockages as it is cold in nature:

"Diseases/health:
Chronic wasting diseases, diseases of the bones and teeth, deafness, vertigo, tinnitus (ringing in the ears), depression, blockages, blood clots, stagnation, kidney stones, arthritis, immune deficiencies."

Any spiritual-physical practice dealing with extreme self-discipline (yoga, Qi Gong, Tai Chi) is good for Saturnian energies to relieve.

But the best way to sublimate Saturn is to find out where it is in your chart and what spheres it is connected to and build in these spheres, as Saturn likes building. Give it what it asks for in a positive and constructive way for you, such as building, serious styles of art demanding extremely hard work & dedication and alike. Saturn is about extreme seriousness, dedication, long patience, endurance, career and other things building, constructing, long term projects and long term everything, taking responsibility. These things must be sublimated into constructive creative things for society.
