There are some people who bully me in my school. I have done some work to protect myself from them, but they are still bad people. Is there anything I can do to make them good? Because I don't want them to remain bullies. Instead of punishing them, can I stop their behavior and turn them into a good person?

No. It depends on their conscious free will. As it should be. People are not puppets. So they take responsibility for their mistakes.

Chances are high they'll become a better person once they grow up and mature. But you can barely do anything to make them better.

You can use magick, like with programming your and or their aura so that you are free from their evil acts, but their personal decisions are personal.

You can influence others to make better choices but you cannot control people like in your manner if you aren't massively advanced or a God. It has to play it it's course and let this person live thru their mistakes.
Just like you focus on yourself (and when one is ready, their loved ones) others have to live their lives as well so they can grow.
