While doing Lilith's absolution Ritual, during some of the vibrations and affirmations I would get a heavy feeling on my chest as if something was pressing down on it. After the ritual, when meditating on Her energy any time I inhaled I would feel a sudden jab at my heart anytime I inhaled. After the ritual I felt stranger and lightheaded. Is there a cause behind this?

perhaps some blockage in your throat chakra.

the runes used in that ritual a bit too intense, you can reduce the numbers of repetitions until empowering yourself enough.
even 1 repetition is good, don't push your self.

Yeah, it could also be a heart blockage, and a sign to work on the area that is hurting and pay more attention to it.

Pain in such cases usually indicates a blockage of the chakras.

Clearing the chakras will help to remove the blockage.

Rule out any physical reasoning for this with a cardiologist, heart pain is not normal and should never be ignored as it could be benign, or incredibly serious like an arrhythmia or issue wit the heart.

Don't rule this out as a heart chakra blockage until you know your heart is fine, this is nothing to play around with and you'll need to make an appointment when you can and sort this.
