This is the same paranoia I used to have.
But we are not anti-Semites and we are not Nazis. The Temple of Zeus is not these things at least. If you are these things, you are these things outside the Temple, the Temple simply does not have to force you not to be these things precisely because politics is not a matter of the Temple. So you can donate.

ToZ does not break any laws (religious freedom), at least in the civilized parts of the world, so the government can care less about your donation, unless you launder money or something lol. And, overall much less of an issue when you so your AoP and let your Guardian do Their thing.

Now, if you insist on anonymity, the only real way to anonymity is to buy cryptocurrency by cash in person. Otherwise there will be an digital footprint to your transaction that can be traced back to you (although some blockchains are anonymous, there's still the digital footprint of the purchase), although no one realiscally does this for sums like few dozen or few hundred, or even few thousands.

The fact of the matter is that most agencies will not spend time or resources on someone donating on their paycheck to ToZ because it makes no sense in any way. Perhaps in the Islamic world this can happen. But you can circumvent their surveillance with the Onion Router and using cash.
