Hi, I’m a 24 year old woman and I want to go to Navy SEAL training.

I’m 5’8” and 190lbs. My goal weight is 150lbs. What workout programs, meditations and yoga routines would you recommend for beginners and for people with my PST scores?

These are my PST scores:

1.5 mile run in 26 minutes
0 push ups
0 pull ups
23 sit ups in 2 minutes
500 yard swim: I’m learning how to swim

My goal is to run 1.5 miles in 9 minutes, 90 push ups, 80 sit ups, 20 pull ups and 500 yard swim in 8:20 minutes.

Here you go, some replies by our HPS Lydia in another topic:
Navy SEALs and military are not the same. I have female relatives in the military, I know how it is. It's fine for women, for the most part. Not Navy SEALs.

Women are less physically strong than men on average. That's a fact. Nothing to do with spirituality. You are twisting my words very much, or you do not understand what I wrote. I certainly do not pretend to be any of the things you claim.

I do not think all women are deserving of the utmost respect, as you claim I do. Most people these days are inferior, men and women. I have written this before.

The reason you "can't tell something reasonable" is because you twist my words, or do not understand.

"find someone to hook up if you don't want a long term relationship". Never have I ever mentioned my relationship status, so why assume I have none or do not want one? (I keep my personal life personal.)

My "friendly advise" back to you would be to learn English better, and meditate to stop assuming things and twisting words.

HP Cobra is a legit SS, which is why I don't correct him. You, on the other hand, are using the same old tactics infiltrators have used for years. Twisting words, accusing a woman of "never being touched by a man", which is very common among jews, to attack a woman's sexuality or lack of it, regardless of the truth. It's so common and old, it's boring. There is nothing new to your reply.

Another tactic is to try to put words in my mouth. Never did I say a woman would be a dumbass or sickhead for being in the military or defending her country. My writing that I have female relatives in military covers the reply there, that I do not have a problem with it.

As for me needing to "calm down a little", you have no idea how zen I am from all the yoga I have done over the years. I was perfectly calm. Another tactic, to blow up and accuse the other person of not being calm.

How exactly am I promoting a fake agenda, by saying women should not be Navy SEALs? The fake agenda is to say all women are just as strong as men and should become navy seals.

You are also ignoring all the other posts in this thread, which say basically the same thing I did. Which only shows you have a problem specifically with me. I guess I should take that as a compliment, that I am doing a good job with all my work here as a JG :)

And by the way, I have several manuals that also talk about Navy Seal methodologies. I can assure you that this is exactly how it works psychologically. It's not just performing military technique and running fast.

Greetings, Sister!

I had some hard time to find HPS Maxine's very valuable answer on the military service as a whole and found it via translation in Russian forum where we collect such great reads. HPS Maxine is a person of 20 century mostly and she had opportunity to watch how it changed throughout centuries from the time of WWII.

There are also several very valuable answers of High Priest Hooded Cobra on the military service and war duty - we collected them all because for our countries these are very appropriate but for you being interested in a profession this also might be very interesting:

Something about pawn war - this is not that noble romantic WWII of the older ages anymore:

It seems Navy Seals are corrupted and are not anything great of the older ages. I read about Medieval women service in Knight Orders of Europe and some old Tarot decks even have this on them, but what is now going on is a jew rat-hole fraud. We also have these so called "special forces" to lure young boys in. One young dreaming boy when entered was first beaten to disability and returned to mother as permanent cripple. This is enemy agenda to lure people in - these are pawn armies and serve no real goal anymore:

Better fight in Zeus' Navy Seals, Sister. Just give it a time - we will have everything of this nature. But I guess I found a technical answer you were looking for anyway (roll it down to see HPHC's answer):

Greetings! I think you wanted to repost this one as well:
