He estado con las meditaciones para aperturar el alma, y esto es lo que eh sentido, cuando trabajo en mi chakra corona siento como si me estuviera pinchando con una aguja, es así la sensación, en en sexto es diferente, no sé cómo explicarlo, en la garganta siento una presión, especie de nudo, antes era doloroso, pero ya no, en mi chakra central empecé con una presión muy fuerte, casi no podía respirar por el dolor, después sentí como un fuego, medite sobre el y se expandió hacia mi estómago, después de meditar sobre eso, siento un fuego que corre desde mi estómago hasta el centro del pecho ( sube y baja) ¿ Alguien me podría decir que significa esa sensación calurosa? Es buena o mala señal?

Is it a good or bad sign?
