I call out to the Guardian Demon, but it doesn't help, why is this happening? It hinders my progress. As soon as I start to feel a surge of energy and rest, it is as if I am being attacked and I immediately stop feeling energy, but only negative feelings

Giving you a generic answer would not help you in any way. Let's do one thing. When you end a meditation session, try to focus on the anxiogenic feeling. But try to associate it with something. For example. I once had a very long paranoia about something concerning my role in Satanism (my brain works a lot more than normal) and so I was worrying that I was wrong, etc. It was a very long paranoia that almost led me to a panic attack (but I don't suffer from these things, it was to make a point).

Now, panic attack (again, the designation is wrong, I am just using it to define when you are worried) in itself may not say anything. But understanding that that panic attack was related to feeling worthless and harmful to Satanism helped me to understand what the real problem was to work on, not how the problem manifested.

Now for the next four meditation sessions, try to feel what the reason behind it is. If there is no reason my answer will be different. But we need to explore the problem. If in four sessions there is a recurring problem each time that doesn't change from session to session but stays the same, that could be the reason behind it. If it is just anxiety with no reason or anxiety with different reasons, but one that never recurs, then my answer might be different. Let me know.

I think there can be multiple reasons behind that.
For me, this happens when a deeper "self" of mine, originating from very old traumas, feels threatened or alarmed, often for no apparent or true reason. I can't say if this is even relate to the emotional body or so.
It may bring heartbeating, anxiety and also dizziness and overactivity. In my case this often has to do with feelings or not being or not have done enough, in my generic actions. With time and efforts, it got better.
Not sure if this is your case, but is a possibility. If you feel this as coming from the inside of you you may try to use internal dialogue to understand why you feel like this.

The thing about energy is its like working out. You go to the gym and get a really good work out in, then go home. Your going to feel sore and tired until you recover. If you stick with it, your work capacity will increase as you get stronger and fitter. We all have a lot of emotional blockages and psychological hang ups that hold us back in life. As we start to work on ourselves these blockages come to the surface. They come to the surface so we can work on them. All the meditations, mantra and rituals exist to draw out what is limiting us so we can transform those limitations. If you are broke you need to become someone who can make money. If you are sick you need to become someone who is healthy.

There is a cause and effect for why our lives are the way they are, its just hard to understand the invisible influences on our lives. So we use astrology, rituals, meditations, etc to understand ourselves and then use this understanding to transmute ourselves into something better. Every advance person/being who as ever lived has the same difficult and painful journey, "no pain no gain" and "feel the burn".
