My Dad has Moon in Taurus, but why does he rage so easily? He has zero emotional control. Any tiny little thing set's him off.

What aspect's might cause this sort of behaviour?

He also has a Sun/Venus conjunction in Cancer, so maybe that makes him more "crabby"...?Idk.

And Neptune conjunct his AC/1st opposite Mercury in Gemini... so maybe his brain is scattered or something? He can't see anything clearly or think straight?

Basically, you have to see the overall context of the Astrological Birth Chart. There are planets that have a greater influence by nature or because of specific placement. But being influenced by Jewish doctrines also plays a role.
